They have classes available at some hospitals, ask your doctor. I go to Kaiser and they have special classes just for women to cope with pain without medication. Im hoping to be able to go naturally as well 😊

I'll look onto it too! Thanks! I had my daughter natural but had epidural and I hated it really. I mean it helped the pain but feeling tied down to the bed having to have cathe and numb from the neck down made it hard to push her out. I'm going to try for all natural no drugs with this next baby.
