So mums to be, I have been quite lucky that I haven't suffered with sleepless nights yet but I have been hearing that pregnant woman shouldn't sleep on there back. I fall asleep on my left hand side but I wake up on my back, is this ok to do? X

i asked this same question too.... but i think its ok as long as you dont lay on your back for too long. it puts pressure on a certain nerve but i think if you dont feel faint or dizzy after its ok. i always wake up on my back, plus its the only comfy way i watch tv xx

You can't really control how you move about in your sleep! I worried about this too but my midwife said you don't consciously move onto your back, I wouldn't worry :) x
