question: I'm looking for a permanent doctor for my prenatal period and a lot of places say they jump you around BC they don't know whose going to be there on your delivery day. I'm getting frustrated and I just want to check on my baby! I'm 8wks and I'm due for a appt I believe. is this just Philly or everywhere?

Мама дочки-младенца
Here in NY too. My office had 3 doctors and I met 2 but the one I did not meet delivered my daughter. So you most likely won't find 1 doctor. the best to do is see all the doctors then ask to see a certain one if they allow since you met all 3

Мама сына-младенца, беременна (19 нед.)
I live in Philly too. And I'm in the same boat. I'm also considered high Risk and it bothers me to have to explain all of my history and current symptom all over again to each appt for all the different doctors. I wish I could follow just one doctor and get more of a personal experience with my doctor. there's 1 doctor I like so I also ask if she has appt available b4 schedule my appts. maybe you can try that.

В ожидании первенца
you might want to look into a midwife they have a more personal approach and most offices are like that it's basically who's on call will be your Dr. I found out at 37 weeks I'm 39 tomorrow that I can't see my Dr anymore because he'll be on vacation for my due date I'm pissed I would have found a new dr

The first place I went to told me the same thing.. I asked around and found an obgyn/pediatrician/family doctor and she was great! Just look around and get a lot of references. And don't settle! Congratulations by the way!!😀

Мама двоих (младенец)
try mid wives? I had two mid wives during my pregnancy and I saw both of them the same amount that way if I was guaranteed to have the person I'm comfortable with delivering my baby.
