add a little oj to your water it will quinch your thirst better

Or the min you fall back to sleep your up again to pee. I think my baby likes to sit on my bladder

I Tried Getting my recommended water intake before 3 and then I'll have something to drink at dinner. No matter what I feel like I'm always up every 1hr at night to pee so Annoying.

depending what time u go to bed i normally am in bed around 9 so i stop around 730 cause otherwise im up every 3 hours going to the bathroom.

I wish for me no matter how much or how little or what time I stop I ALWAYS pee 3 to 4 times a night
