can I pump milk & refrigerate it then pump a hour or 2 later & pump once more 2 hours later then put it all together & freeze it ?
Wouldn’t even need 2 hours. Idk many females who couldn’t. Unless they saving it for later 🤷🏾 ♀

‼ Breastfeeding mommies who pump!‼ Question: what is your routine as far as when your baby is feeding off your breast vs breast milk you pumped in a bottle? Do you exclusively pump and only feed your baby pumped milk in the bottle? Or do you do breast and bottle for whatever reason? And what is your pump and feeding routine? For example, how do you pump every 2-4 hours if your baby eats every 2-4 hours? T.I.A!!!
