Breastfeed babies have "mustard poop" and if she is fussy try moving her legs when you know she is pooping to help with the gas and if it becomes too much for her get some gas drops.

YouTube is great for looking up ways to help your baby poop and fart. Move her legs, if you gently massage in a clockwise motion on her left side (facing her it's your right side) and rub gently just below her rib cage! Works amazing for my son!

She might be getting gas from the things you're eating, which the gas would cause her pain like that.

My son does get quite upset before he poops. I started drinking more water... A litre or more a day and he poops better. Try holding him face down across your forearm. I'll see if I can find a picture to explain how I mean. Lightly bounce and or walk with the baby and it might help it always helps my son with tummy pains and both me and husband as baby's were held this way for gas pain
