How early did everyone feel there baby kick?

I was 20wks when I felt the first flutters but my placenta is in the front so it's harder to feel her kick. At 23wks I only feel her a few times a day.

I'm 21 weeks and not quite sure what to expect. this is my first baby.

around 16 weeks. but it just felt like little twitches in my lower abdomen
