one ain't bad. they sell something where you can test your breast milk. Maybe at Walmart.
Second a few beers a week could boost supply. It did for me. I did dark stout ones 3 times a week and would get a good amount.
One beer won't effect your milk. One beer a couple times a week can actually boost your supply because of the brewers yeast in it
You do not need to pump and dump for one beer! You don't have to worry unless you feel buzzed.
Don't feel bad. You were pregnant for basically 10 months and you're a busy momma! You deserve to spoil yourself sometimes 😊
walmart sells little test strips you can use to test the babys milk to see if there alcohol in it
@valerie_jean, husband and I went out for date night grandma stayed home with baby, but I believe I will dump or just wait the 2 hrs lol I just feel bad lol
