So contractions are getting stronger and more consistent today but I don't want to go in to the hospital and it be a false alarm and feel like km waisting the nurses time. 😕

my aunts a nurse honey and she says she'd rather u be safe then sorry. and just be nice to the nurses there there to help

Don't have that mentality of wasting anyone's time. It's why they're there. Count down the times between contractions && if you get worried go in!

if it helps my ob always says if the contractions are 5 mins apart for 2 hours go in.
