So there's 18 more days till I'm due but I feel like I can't take this pain any longer. Any way to induce labor naturally?

Exercise ball, walking, sex, and nipple stimulation are the only proven methods to help bring on labor without medication . None of them will send your directly into labor but they help your cervix soften and dilate along with helping the baby down into the birth canal

I've been doing that it reduces some pain not all. @lexpalma
