i give her a bath every other night and wipe her up on the days she dont get a bath...i was using aveeno night time calm baby but it made it worse so im back to Johnson johnson ...im just take her in and see what her doc say. ...thanks you @iloveni0820

@smithgirl, the same things happens to my daughter but she gets it in her face, arms, legs, and neck. Make sure the baby's neck is always try from water, drool, milk, etc. We stopped giving her baths every night to a bath every other night. we had to stop using Johnson and Johnson products all together. We started to use Aveeno body wash and lotion with oatmeal in it. Her doctor also prescribed a hydrocortisone cream for her face and a stronger cream for the rest of her body. The bumps can be eczema or yeast from being wet.

Take to your doctor and see if they will refer you to a dermatologist. My niece and nephew have eczema. My nephew is also allergic to anything with nickel in it.

aquaphor made my daughter get a worse rash. and dove is good too I use that also for her

olive oil is great !

dove white soap at bath time is also amazing.

I've tried many things nothing worked. she also has excema.I finally came across the Burts bees baby line I love it! and triple paste for diaper rash
