I hate that everyone I talk to (in person) judges me and tells me how dumb I am for wanting a pain…

I'm the same way if I can have this child vaginal I don't want any pain meds

@babydavis915, exactly! why do they have to put me down for wanting to do it that way. they all think I am just a naive ftm because they have all had kids already...

@lilithnight, Crazy if I could have done it with my first I would have. I been telling my fiance' that I don't want any pain meds if I don't have to have a c section. Some feel like they know everything but if you time everything right with how far you are dilated I know they won't give you an epidural. I can't get induce so I have to make sure I dilate on my own if I want to give birth vaginal.

I went in with an open mind but I needed the drugs. I was induced and they say it's more intense when you're induced.

I have friends who were able to give birth with their first babies with no drugs. It's totally possible. Me on the other hand, I'm a freaking wimp, I needed those drugs. I got an extra dose of something && I still had a rough time. To each their own though!!

I had my first 3 kids with out any drugs and I'm planning to have this one also with no drugs by the grace of God of coarse. Women through out generations went through what we are going through and survived. I say do it if you can!

Im doing the same thing.

I had both my babies with no pain meds. vaginally and natural. and I plan having this baby the same. Nothing is wrong with it.
