@missj_stephens, I completely agree with you! Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym or by gimmick products like this. The wraps are glorified seaweed that just take the extra water weight out, and guess what? You gain water weight back very easily. You know how you burn fat? By gaining/having muscle..that's it!
honestly 80% diet 20% exercise is the only thing that will work permanently. those wraps are only temporary. how do i know? when i was 30lbs heavier i used to do wraps. thry were only temporary
