so I'm on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy (I'm 5months ATM) because of placenta previa and my hips hurt SOOO BAADDD from laying down. when I'm sitting up I'm out of breath so bad it makes my heart race. I'm little so baby is really pushing things. pillows don't help and I'm not one to take any meds. my first pregnancy was so easy but with this one I'm losing my mind. help!!!

If it makes you feel any better... My mother was on 7 months bed rest with me back in the 90s. I'm not on bed rest but I spent the majority of my day yesterday in bed with the worst heartburn ever. Maybe try laying on the couch? Or getting a feather top addition to your bed. It helps with my back pain. :/ sorry mama

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I lay on the couch all day because I still gotta look after my 3yo son. I try to flip flop from side to side but its just this horrible pain that shoots down from my hips to my legs. Dr says take Tylenol but I don't like meds during pregnancy so I'm shit outta luck :/
