amoxicillin is a class b drug meaning there's no proven risk in humans. you're fine, the risk of the baby getting the infection is worse than the small risk it could possibly have on the baby. I've been on it multiple times for infections while pregnant, my son is healthy as ever. don't stress just don't take too much (:
