Is it bad if i start to work out now im 1wk and 4days pp and if its okay if i take baby on a walk in the mornings to get my morning walks in?? Ive pretty much stopped bleeding and i feel comfortable and ready to start??

Yeah I'm in training for medical assistant and honestly if you're not at risk for major pp complications there shouldn't be a worry about just walking, they want you to walk after a certain amount of time that's why they have you walk around the delivery room after you have the baby

I would honestly leave the baby at home with someone, if your doctor says you don't show signs of possible hemorrhaging or any pp complications I don't see why not. But yeah the little one can get sick easily I'd wait to bring the baby with until they're about four to six weeks old
my pediatrician when I gave birth said taking the baby outside for walks and fresh air is good just keep them away from people.
Yes. there's still things in the air that she could get sick from. she doesn't have immunity to anything just yet.

really shouldn't take baby out of the house for at least 6 weeks. baby is still new & VERY vulnerable.

Maybe 2 weeks max is what I've heard for keeping your baby inside but I figure since I'm breast feeding and he had his hep b in the hospital he's fine.
