Well I don't really know if this will help or not but I have a very irregular period and always have and I started taking vitex elixir to try and regulate my hormones and get my period on track. It did help but I was using it before we decided to start trying. Took 4 1/2 months for us to get pregnant. Hope it helps a little
I've read some scary reviews about Vitex @allisha how was it for you I have very irregular periods was told about geritol vitamin by one of the ladies on here I just got it started it I've read amazing reviews about it
My husband was also looking at the reviews on Vitex as soon as he saw some reviews he told me no way in hell I can order it :/ Have you taken ovulation tests since I have irregular periods I bought a huge pack off amazon I'm going to take a test everyday to see if I am even ovulating
@ab, I just followed the directions and I had no issues with it. I was having acupuncture done and she recommended it to me. My period became regular when taking it, I wouldn't take it as long as the bottle said though. I would stop when my period was regular and start again if I missed one. This is what I used.
Sometimes it can take some women time to get pregnant I'd give it a few more months of nothing happen see your doctor hang in there girl it will happen I been trying on and off for a year now I took a break trying been trying since jan also my reasons for irregular periods is the birth control I been on so it might take me a year to get pregnant :/
@ab, both my husband and I were taking Fertilaid. We both were very dedicated to taking them each day as recommended and we ttc 3 weeks later and ended up being pregnant after a year of trying. It helps with irregular periods and it's not too expensive! I've had 2 miscarriages in the past and now finally been blessed with a successful pregnancy. I'm 13 weeks 😊
@ab, you can just take them by yourself. For him it would just give him a much higher sperm count. But I would still recommend them for just yourself if he won't take them!
soy isoflavones and evening primrose oil. do your research on how to take it. it's easy tho. I've never been regular. first month I took it is the month I got pregnant. I bought them at walmart in the vitamin section. started evening primrose oil about 2 weeks before my period and continues. cycle days 3-7 I took the soy isoflavones. I stopped the evening primrose oil on cd 7. obviously it really does work. lol. good luck!

Have you gone to see a doctor yet? How long have you been trying for?

I would really suggest it. We were TTC for 1 year and it was truly a miracle worker. Just make sure to take them every time it says to!
