mine does sometimes too. I have stopped wearing bras with underwire but I also wear a sports bra on top for extra support.

depending on how u have them positioned they may b able to get blood circulated to them.. the area right under my boobs Where the top of my uterus is does tht to & Idk why. my Dr said it's like my stomach is "falling asleep" but Thts just really weird to me lol
