No one ever said anything to me about it. But the first 24 hours I couldn't even move to change his diaper I had to call a nurse in to do it everytime so I they thought I was getting my ass up to put him in the bed thing they were going to be sadly mistaken. Lookin back we weren't even really "safe" about it in the hospital. I had about 8 pillows and blankets around us but I couldn't even move and he just slept in my arm so not like he was going to suffocate or I was going to roll on him.
I do! my son don't toss and turn as much if he sleeps in my arms and I feel like even though we are sleeping we still bond and I feel it give him the security to know that I'll always be there
Yeah I think babies sleep a lot better when they're with their parents. I read an article online about co-sleeping and the benefits it has to babies
@californiahaley the hospital I was in frowned apoun it. @caydensmommy my husband did that this morning and I slept on his other arm Lol she slept so good!
I do. he slept on my chest first couple of weeks. but now I he sleeps in bed. it's against the wall and he is on that side because
I started doing it before he was a week old. He sleeps right beside me with his head on my arm. I don't put him in the middle because I'm afraid my boyfriend will roll on him.
@mrs.oliva did you do it in the beginning? my daughter still be three weeks Tuesday and I'm debating doing it.
he's 7 weeks and I did it with all my kids... he sleeps in the middle of hubby and I and sometimes on me.
I did it at hospital as well and as soon as we got home.
