I'm addicted to diet coke π° I know this isn't a GOOD thing but is it bad?! I barely drink water...someone come quick with advice lol

Diet soda is bad for you AND baby. Not only is it sweetened with either Splenda (which contains chlorine and bleach) but it also contains chemicals like phenylalanine and aspartame. Phenylalanine is what makes the soda diet, it's known for being the cause of breast and other serious cancers while aspartame is another artificial sweetener known for being the cause of cancer and kidney malfunctions. The best advice I can give you is try to ween yourself off of the diet sodas. I've found that decaf tea isn't as terrible as I expected but I still drink water like a camel.

Lol just drink water that's room temperature. I started doing that and now I drink 2 liters or more a day. Or get those little flavor things you put in water.

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
