Ok... I am 28 weeks and this is the second in two weeks time I have wiped away a snot looking mucous in the bathroom. no blood in it and not a whole lot. but looks just like my mucus plug with my last baby. except i didnt actually lose that till around week 34 with her. should i be concerned?

Nah, you're good (: but yeah, just gotta watch out for bright pink/red blood, I believe. Don't quote me though, haha

Yeah, sounds like the mucous plug. You're fine. Like @mdomke22 said, you can loose it and it can grow back. It's really not a sign of labor like everyone's heard
your fine girl :) people lose their mucus plug early sometimes and sometimes it grows back. just all depends on the body.
let your doctor know but don't worry. just watch for bloody show.
