Hello , my name is kie & im a FTM (first time mom) I'm 19 years young & im not crazy in love with my boyfriend but I do love him a lot . No this pregnancy was not planned &I I honestly didn't want any kids , I'm blessed to be pregnant but lately people have made me feel like shit because I'm young & live at my moms house & don't have my license or a degree. Although I do have my permit & I am working on getting my license & I do work a full time job. I just need to hear the truth ladies . Am I not fit to be a mother ?
Sometimes it got to be that way...
I'm glad I gave you motivation and inspiration.. its gonna be hard but a lot of woman can do it look at me now after what I said now Ive been happily married for 3 years and I hear from a lot of people I'm a great mother and loving wife and on my second pregnancy.there will be negativity in your life but you just gotta ignore it and follow your heart and what's best for u n ur child :) @kie123 ki
Thanxx love I'm not gon lie I've struggled but it all made me stronger I love my kids and I get up every morning at 5am wth no prob because I kno tht my two oldest and the one I'm carrying depend on me ... U are just as strong as I am u jes dnt realize it yet but from the moment u first lay eyes on ur little one there's not gonna be anything or anyone able to stop you from doing wht it takes to make them happy
@deidra.lashell that's amazing to hear seriously your so blessed to be doing that well & your a strong woman to be able to get through all of that & still be standing I hope with all this advice I really learn to say fuck what people have to say & find happiness
@nieshabaldwin23 really ? Your such a strong woman seriously that's amazing
I would never tell someone they weren't fit to be a mother but it seems like you need to focus on you and baby and don't EVER worry about what other people think of you. You'll be a great mom. It's scary to go through it young but you'll do it perfectly.
no worries, it's the truth. Sometimes I think people just don't have anything better to do. lol one step at a time, don't let them rush you ahead. taking too many steps forward too fast leads to a foundation that isn't sturdy. definantly. take your time and do what YOU feel is right, and when it is right. Rome wasn't built in a day. :)
You are more than fit to be a mother....I got pregnant my senior year of high school 18 no job but I was doing hair...I graduated had my son at 19 went to college got a job got my own apartment with a roommate (my cousin) and now I'm 22 bout to have my 2nd child I'm not gonna say it was easy but it was worth it if you don't have your family just always know God won't put anything on yu that yu can't bare...and your child will always be your motivation and family they will eventually come around 9 times out of 10 they feel as if you are making the same mistakes as they did.... My mom and I didn't talk my first pregnancy she kicked me out but once my son got here she couldn't do nothing but love him and support me...keep your head up and good luck 😘☺️
@rlcorreia123, thank you so much I really needed to hear that I'm so tired of everybody looking &talking; down on me
Sweetie I got pregnant wth my daughter at 16 had her at 17 then had my son at 21 no it wasn't easy but I'm here breathing and being the best mother I know how and u can do the same keep ur head held high and pray everything will be ok
This is coming from a womyn who was 27 before she had her first, now 28 with my second child. who gives a crap what they think or say. No one is ever prepared for a child. Just do your best every day for that baby and you will be just fine. :)
@Los lmomma817, really ?? That's so good to hear your my inspiration like seriously , I just need some type of motivation & what you told me just gave me a boost of motivation
I was 17 yrs old still in high school when I had my son n living with my mother. My pregnancy was not planned so I was scared to tell my mother so she ended up finding out on her own n of course made me stay in school to graduate I went all the way to the 12th but the test u take to graduate I kept failing math n science but you kno what I ended up going to college(everest) and was taking ged classes,I graduated college but did not get my ged anyways always think positive :) @kie123
@jaspersmama61315, thank you so much for sharing , getting rid of my baby isn't an option I promised myself I wouldn't do it but I'm stressed tf out &I I mean I'll be 20 in September so it's not as bad , I just think I overwhelm myself with painting the perfect picture of a perfect little family & house
I was 18 when I had my first daughter and the rest is history. I graduated high school, I had a job and although I did live on my own, it wasn't the greatest quality but we made it work. 13 years later I wouldn't change anything. Keep your head held high and focus on your health and your baby. It's not going to be easy but nothing ever is. I can promise you, every second is worth all the pain, frustration, blood, sweat and tears, raising that beautiful baby into a tiny human of your own. You'll not know you had that much love for someone. Good luck Momma! There's always positive in every situation. Don't get yourself down. Be happy :) and the rest will follow. ❤️
I got pregnant at 21 years young. At the time I had just moved back to my parents after living with my boy friend. We thought it was a better environment for me to move home during the school year (I'm a junior in college). When I told my boy friend he insisted on me having an abortion. Refused to call our little one a baby (he referred to him as "it"), and was extremely abusive verbally and emotionally. It wasn't until I saw my little guy for the first time that I knew God had a plan much bigger and much greater than I could have ever imagined. Now, I'm 31+3 along with my first, and looking back on all of the evil and hateful words said to me by my boy friend at the time I couldn't be more blessed to be a mother even though he was not planned and I didn't want kids so early (at the time). I honestly think that with some people the mommy instincts come while you are carrying your son or daughter. The first time you feel him or her kick or move or even see them on the ultrasound that is the most precious moment. It all became REAL for me when I saw my baby for the first time. So yes, it's completely your decision whether or not you are good mama material for your child, but if you ask me, you are perfect mama material for your baby because you are already so concerned of whether or not you are good enough. I say if you aren't sure, explore your options. Adoption is always a great option but I'd wait until at least week 18-20 to find out whether or not you are prepared to provide a different family for your baby. The bond I have with my son even at 31+3 is incredible and I thought of adoption, I couldn't watch my baby leave. :) good luck :)
@alicia3_18, thank you so much , it's like I can't find any positives in my situation & I don't really have many friends & my family doesn't care too much
at least u have a job! don't let anyone put u down! everything happens for a reason!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

@kie123, no family or house is perfect. Keep that in mind. You're gonna be a great mama.
