My OB put me on iron pills. And they make me so sick. I want nothing to do with food. Has anyone else had this problem?!

hmmm. I can't take my prenatals in the morning. you should call your Dr to ask for an alternative route.

@jomommaclark, that's what I did yesterday. It didn't bug me the first pill. But I had to take my second very early in the morning and it made me sick.

have you tried taking it before bed?

I take two flinestones with iron a day and eat a lot of leafy greens, dried fruit and eggs.

Mine were like that in my first pregnancy. Look up some foods that are high in iron and try to eat more of that to see if it helps
