Any breastfeeding tips...ive tried it in the past but was not as successful as i wanted to be. Any foods that help produce milk ? what should i stay away from anything that may hinder my milk production? Freezing tips I thought freezing was kind of grose ? ....thanks in advance

fenugreek vitamins if ur having trouble producing milk
if ur nipple hurts or having problems latching on nipple shields work great !
freezing ur milk last a year in the fridge a week room temperature 4 to 6 hours
nothing spicy or any gassy foods like cabbage or pork skin
my baby reacted bad to chips with a lot of condiments so I stick to either cheese chips or salted nothing to harsh ☺
I have been pumping Evey 2hours and my milk has been increasing little by little. and I freeze my milk even if going to use it the same day..

My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
