Anyone ever pull a muscle when pregnant? Apparently it's so easy to do bc everything is stretching out, and I pulled something in my back, bad. Doc says could also be a tendon and muscle but I have to tough it out bc I can't have an X-ray or meds bc not only am I pregnant I'm high risk. Ice is my best friend right now! Ugh whine, whine, whine!

I did when I had bronchitis! I was miserable for about 2 weeks.
I pulled my abdominal muscles this past pregnancy. It hurt so bad 😩
you got it hun. ask your mate to massage it for you. it's goin fb go hurt but it helps. as an athlete I experienced/ dealt with pulled muscles. and try hot too. it actually relaxes the muscle to stop the tension.

I dont think this back pain is sciatica. i don't have numbness or tingling in down my leg. I must have pulled a muscle or something. but this pain is making it hard to walk. I am in tears right now. just took some Tylenol pain. I hope it works. this is not how I wanted to start out my week. I am feeling BEYOND MISERABLE. hubby won't be awake for another 4 hours. idk how I'm gonna chase after my girls.
