I'm planning on doing them as well. I did lots of research online before I bought anything. I decided on green mountain diaper for all my inserts and flat diapers. Then I went the cheaper route with covers and ordered from several companies online in bulk. I don't have any children yet but think there is no way I could afford pampers and this may seem expensive but for me I have been buying little bit each month. I believe it will be so much better for the baby. Plastic diapers disgust me after feeling these soft cute organic cotton ones.
I'm cloth diapering! It may seem expensive at first but you save a lot of money in the long run. People make cloth diapers seem really difficult and time consuming but it really isn't. There are all kinds of videos on YouTube and pinterest has a lot of good resources too!
i am going to be doing them too. there are a lot of great youtube videos that talk about cloth diapers. its expensive up front but if you get the one size fits all then you dont have to buy any more. baby can wear them right up to the end!
I'm doing them. You can find them very affordable. They aren't as bad as people might think. You just buy a large wet bag and rinse off the dirty ones. Then wash them good every couple of days depending on how many diapers you have. I have about 40. They also have disposable liners you can choose to get that are cheap and it creates less mess. If you breast feed only they can go straight in the wash as well.
