It is for a baby lol I always spike his hair in the bath tub but both his daddy and I had thick hair as baby why I wasn't to worried about him getting hair xD

lol yeah I was hoping for a bald baby cause his dad was born without hair and I had really thick hair as a baby my son ended up with thick blonde hair lol
