hate the new head boss at work. I'm on a work probation until may 4. meaning I can't be late and I can't call in sick. she gives no fucks that I'm pregnant -.- how did this happen?? I thew up at work and went home sick. she wrote me up. last week I called in due to throwing up and being in so much pain. she wrote me up. like geez woman you try being 19 and pregnant and working to pay the bills and make sure your unborn son has what he needs before he makes his debut.

get a note from your doctor, once you have that most states don't allow that kind of treatment.

@fallwithautumn that's a good idea! thankfully I see my doctor on Wednesday :) its not like I take off work just for the hell of it either. if she wants me to come in throwing up in front of customers, then fine. just bugs the crap out of me

yeah you should have your doctor write a note that you're experiencing lots of morning sickness and should be given added consideration. my doctor did it for me and my boss has been really accommodating to the needs. even let's me come in a bit later since the majority of my morning sickness is early morning (:
