Girl your still working?? Oh my goodness. I'm okay. Starting to try things to bring labor on. Sex gave me some good contractions last night but they went away 😔today I plan on cleaning, walking my dog, using a medicine ball, and possibly pumping tonight if all that doesn't work haha
@mmora, As good as I can feel, still having contractions likes crazy yet no baby! I'm just glad I can go home from work in an hour, I'm beat lol. how about you?
@mmora, They keep getting packed and unpacked lol Alauras stuff stays in my car but I keep taking pjs out of mine
I bought some 'sensitive' wipes and 'Preparation H' wipes too cause I think it could be gentler than toilet paper. Tons of pads, big underwear that will be so not sexy yet so comfortable haha and don't forget breast pads cause you'll leak. Does that sound like I'm forgetting anything? Do you have your bags packed and ready?

I didn't get one and was wearing PJs and girlll I would have a hard time making it to the rr lol
my rr was far tho so I guess it all depends ☺

I'm planning on making "pad sicles" large granny pad, soak in witch hazel & you have in the freezer in a ziplock bag & it's suppose to help it stay cool & nice down there youtube.
if you get stitches take a big pad. throw like four tucks on it and blast the top with the dermoplast spray. helps so much
they give it to you in the maternity ward along with the overnight pads , sits bath, spray bottle and thermospray.
it's like witch hazel, it's a thin circular pad that is soaked in a certain liquid to help with hemorrhoids

yes tucks pads! and the thermospray for the stitches if you tear down there. . if you have hemorrhoids , the tucks pads need to be tucked in so they can go away.. the will give you a sits bath, so you sit on it while on the toilet, put warm water and sit for 15 minutes to help with discomfort of hemorrhoids & stitches
yes warm water in the bottle and squirt while you pee. you may need tucks pads too
heavy flow pads
granny pannies
they'll give u the squirt bottle
don't forget to pour while u pee makes it burn less
@mmora, My doctors won't put me on bed rest. I have too lol they said laying in bed is apparently just as bad as working
