Woke up to some bad cramping, I been cramping for the last day or two but today it's feeling more tens! Are they Braxton hicks because it doesn't seem to go away I keep feeling I have to pee and nothing comes out I just have gas. It's really bad now it going to get worse later with the weather! My stomach is really hard. Is there anything I should look out for in case it is contractions? I'm freaking out its to soon baby is only 32 weeks

I have but I tried going to sleep and getting rest and they wake me up and I just keep going to the restroom

try walking around and see if that makes them go away. is it does they are Braxton Hicks
