Labor Story: was supposed to be induced yesterday morning at 8 am. Woke up at 5 in labor. So we drove the almost 2 hrs to the hospital on super slick roads. Got to the hospital and I was at 3-4 cm. They didn't need to give me pitocin as I progressed on my own. When they broke my water they noticed meconium but it was a small amount. Got my epidural but it didn't completely work although I wasnt in pain just pressure. They checked me at 2 I was 5-6 cm and by 3:30 I could feel a lot of pressure. She said she would check me at 4. When she did baby girl was completeky down and ready to come out. They ruahed everyone in. 2 pushes and her head was out. They cleared her lungs out before she was able to cry so she didn't inhale the meconium, and her cord was wrapped around her neck. 3 more pushes and she was out. The pressure relief was insane when she was born. Never felt that before. We couldn't be happier!
