so I'm scared to go do #2, I don't want to rip my stitches ugh.. I'm terrified... anyone else in this or was in this predicament ?

I agree on not pushing. Just take it slow. It really wasn't as bad as I expected.

Girl my first poop after was horrible I came out the bathroom waddling pretty much in tears try stool softeners fr.

My advice is when you're sitting on the toilet just relax your muscles, don't push. Wait until you feel like you can't hold your poo in anymore and then just relax don't push. You won't rip stitches but it'll hurt like hell if you push.

That's just what I did and it worked for me
