normally if you call your dr and say youbare stressed out and ask if they can check for a heart beat they will let you come in. most dr. would rather waste 5 mins putting your mind at ease then let you stay stressed. sending you good vibes!

Idk. :/ can you call your actual Drs office? If you're to concerned id just go in. I honestly don't know. I only ever spotted once and that was after sex. They said if it was enough to fill a pad or I was cramping to come in

I called labor and delivery and they said not to worry about it unless I start bleeding or cramping

I'd call your dr. If you just had sex it's probably from that. But I'd call to be safe.
