I need advice ladies, so this time I chose not to breastfeed my baby, but milk keeps coming and I feel like my breasts are gonna pop! Their huge and I don't know what to do? Any suggestions? Please help.

@kgonza87, you don't wanna put nothing hot in them cause that will give you a let down, you can put ice packs in there, to relieve the pain, but if you pump them it hand express them the milk is gonna replenish

Well I'm not leaking but they are getting bigger.. And theyre so uncomfortable! Ugh.
The nurse told me if it gets unbearable just take a warm shower and let them drain. Its so uncomfortable im not breastfeeding either the part that drives me crazy is how much im leaking! Soaking through everything
