I tried walking the mall earlier ..... #fail! I'm trying this yoga ball business but idk what exactly to do and for how long! Lol smh Come on daughter!!!

@bellies, gurl I did a 30 minute workout routine, squats/lounges/burpees annnnnd my thighs are super sore in addition to the pressure I already had! Tried sex with hubby yesterday and today walking the mall and did the yoga ball bounce. I was dilated to 3 on Tuesday, had crazy back cramps on Wednesday so I thought she was coming but Clearly baby is being stubborn and changed her mind about coming! Smh Nerve Wrecking!
