I wanted to get something cheap to help me recover first but as I start seeing results I will eventually order a better one which is the belly bandit bamboo ! It's a Hispanic cream called mamisan you can also order that on amazon ! My grandma is crazy I read about it and it says it's for muscle pain & etc but many people have used it to reduce fat ! & said it actually works so I'm going to give it a try ! Lol I trust my grandma because anything she says actually works 😂 @helpedbytmh

wow ok. thats a good price. I've been seeing some that are really expensive, but this is great. you have to keep us updated when u start using it.  also, what cream did ur grandma recommend?

This is the one I just ordered from amazon it's a NSSTAR breathable elastic girdle it was only 12$ but at check out it came out to be 18$ I read the reviews before buying it and they were good reviews ! I will also be wrapping my self with the cream my grandma told me about ! She said it burns fat and will help a lot hopefully she is right  ! @helpedbytmh

This is going to be my first baby I'm 36 weeks and I just ordered my postpartum girdle from amazon my plan is to wear my girdle as soon as I deliver ! Many people say not to wear one because you are suppose to wait till everything is back in place ! But I believe in putting it in right after many people I know have done the same and there tummy is tight and look great without any problems !! @ariasmommy
