What's the best way you suggest I get my supply up? Like when to pump? How long? While baby eats, before or after? Are there foods I can eat to boost my supply? I'm open to any and all suggestions ! I love breast feeding but I want to have a lot of milk stored for times when I'm not around my baby, or if I just want a break, or go to work in a few months! Please help!!!

Give me your best remedies, creams, and ideas on how to get rid of diaper rash!!! I hate it even tho I know it doesn't really hurt my baby but I don't like the thought of irritation being in her private area! Ugh thanks so much

Anyone use waist trainers after having their baby? Or before? If so what brand do you recommend and how were your results?

Mommies who's given birth already:
Soooo how long did ya'll wait to go outside and just resume normal life after having your baby? My mom keeps telling me 6-8 weeks (8 because I had a c section) but my doctor told me I can do whatever I want except have sex. I know it's still winter but I am in GA where the weather isn't that bad... I'll be 4 weeks PP Tuesday.

How many mama's out there had their baby on their exact due date like me?!?! Everyone is so amazed that I had my daughter on her due date without being induced or showing any signs of preterm labor! According to my friends, it like NEVER happens ! Lol
