I know you ladies told me to use prune juice with water so it can help my baby with constipation ! But is it safe for a 2 week old ? I'm scared

2 weeks pp and I'm still bleeding hardly anything tho , I'm kinda scared because I feel like I have an Infection down there my blood looks orange ? And my vagina hurts so bad from using a pad !!!! I don't know what to do 😩😩
