no they can go a few days. perfectly normal. my son would only go once or twice a week.

if its like hard pebbles when he does poop you can probably give him an ounce of apple juice diluted with an ounce of water. ask your doctor first but mine always said it was fine.

Lol @wyattsmommy91 see? he's good. if it's normal for him to poop every day but he all of a sudden doesn't poop for like 3-4 days then I'd be a little worried he was constipated but if he skips a day I wouldn't worry, as long as the consistency is normal

my daughters doctor said dont worry until day 5

ur welcome ... its crazy how now as mom our worries are about poop and how we get excited when we finally see a poop diaper lol cuz my daughter didnt poop for 4 days when she came home and i was so worried so i took her in and while at the doctors she went poop and girl did she go it was all up her back and her thighs lol but thats when my doc said not to worry unless its been 5 days

My daughter's dr told me the same as @babygirl10-11 that its normal for babys to go up to five days without going. To call if they go anymore than that!
