24 hour urine test done OMG lol

what's the 24hr urine test? sorry if it's a dumb question lol

@ashcan927, ive had to do it before to check for protein in my urine. they were checking for pre-eclampsia. you have to collect all your urine for 24 hours and store it in the fridge! pain in the ass

oh! I don't remember doing that with my first.. hmm.. does everyone have to do this during pregnancy?

Eww I don't think I would want to do that when food goes in there.

@gb2289, i don't think I could ever do that cause I wouldn't be comfortable with putting pee in the fridge when food goes in the fridge

hopefully you don't! But if you do lots of rest my friend had it from 20 weeks on had her baby at 36 weeks being induced an she came out healthy! prayers for you!

@mommmyyof2, yes i had it with my son, I was hoping history wouldn't repeat itself im 37 weeks so if I do have it im sure they will induce labor or schedule a c section

@ashcan927, they only do the test if they want to rule out pre-eclampsia.

@gb2289, it is a pain and its embarrassing! i had to do it with my first and i lived with my boyfriend and his parents and his older brother. it was so awkward keeping my pee in their fridge
