so does anybody ever get like muscle spasm twitches in their stomach that differs from the babies movement. he's moving around but I feel these spasms and muscle jitters as well. feels so awkward.
strange i know but is like a muscle spasm feeling in your tummy a feeling of the baby moving? 1st pregnancy!

Any other moms have or had lower back muscle spasms? How long did they last? What did you do for the pain? I can't eat because it hurts so bad.
Ugh so last night I woke up and stretched my leg out and had a horrible cramp/muscle spasm in the calf. Omg it hurt sooo had. I've never had that happens before or even got a slight leg cramp but now today my calf muscles are so sore even to the touch 😭

I got them it's ligaments stretching.

I have the sharp ligament stretching but these were weird and tickled almost it was odd
