i fell on my but when i was 7 months and i bruised my tailbone and it for months it hurt to walk and anytime i would roll over in bed or even to lift my leg..... but maybe u should call just to b sure

If you fell on you butt it shouldn't have harmed baby, but you might have hurt your tailbone.
