Still not sure what we're going to do with this fur baby once Paisley is here ... Love him to death but it doesn't seem fair to keep him if we will never be able to let him out of the cage 😕😕
Aww no I think you should keep him/her, he/she is used to you guys already & living with yall...Good Luck
@mommybump3, yeah and he even cuddles
@dehilahsmommy2015, we have a vet friend who checks up on him every 3 months and trims his nails right now rehoming is just an option it's not a MUST a lot of it depends on IF we can find him a home that meets our standards and if we can't well have to figure something else out even if it means me and the baby leaving for a few hours a week and having my bf stay home and let him roam for a little while
plus im sure you've taken him to the vet but squirrels are disease carriers & alot of them have lice. so that wouldnt be good if he scratched you or baby & transmitted something to you guys. their nails are terribly long because they use them as defense mechanisms so itd really hurt lol
@delilahsmommy2015, that's my biggest concern because he's so friendly, social, and curious he's not aggressive so it wouldn't be intentional but I'm afraid that it would end up happening
Atleast you are trying to find a good place for him to go. maybe if you have a backyard make an area for him & use a Rabbit kennel for him. those are cute. that way you wont have to worry about him scratching baby or pooping everywhere to the point he starts stinking up your home.
@mrs.aceves, I agree just trying to find the best rehoming option right now because it's no life for him to be stuck in a cage all the time but yet there's no way in hell he's going to come out after the baby's here
They are actually really good pets BUT it is illegal in most states to keep one @18andpregnant
yeah youll more then likely need to find him a new home. hell never get to come out once baby is born. you don't want him scratching the baby with his sharp long claws.
It is ... We've had him since he was a baby saved him from the neighbors dog and ever since he's been too domesticated to release back into the wild

Trigger. Our precious boy
Last night, December 8th, 2015, at 9:58pm, our sweet precious baby boy was born sleeping. We spent 5 wonderful hours with him: holding him, talking to him, singing to him, mourning him, praying for him, and weeping over him.
They took him away so they can circumcise him. I hope he's doing okay... I'm nervous. 😕😖😔😞
