ok I have a question I will be 35 weeks in like 2 days I have only had 2 ultrasounds one on my first visit and the second one was when I was 12 weeks pregnant I don't understand why I don't get another one. my doctor says it's cause I haven't had any problems but I have I have only lost waight this entire pregnancy and I'm a really small girl as it is I feel week and I pass out regularly and he say that I shouldn't worry about any of that. I have lost 25 lbs I only weighed 135 before I got pregnant and I'm 5' 4".
in 2 weeks I lost 4 lbs and my baby is supposed to be gaining a half a lb a week I don't understand why he isn't worried I am I'm scared he isn't growing right I'm sorry for the long post just wondering if any of you ladies have gone through this.

You're doing good. Maybe you can try some health shakes to help with your weight like ensure or carnation breakfast shaked. You can also make you a big ol ice cream shake at night, lol.
@junebaby, I take the the gummy kind and I'm on iron infusions so hopefully it all works out and I really try to eat healthy just some times I gotta have my hot cheetos lol
your welcome. just be sure to try and eat healthy and take your vitamins. I take the prenatal gummies or flinestones with iron because the regular prenatals make me sick.

I only got one extra sonogram with my last child because her placenta was low. All my others were around 20 weeks and that was it. I had my last nine years ago though and I see that they are usually doing one in the third trimester now depending on insurances. Does seem odd that your friend got one but not you. I wouldn't worry though. I lost weight with my oldest son and he was perfectly healthy. You gotta remember the baby takes what it needs from you and its you that normally loses weight or gets sick. They do have places that offer low cost ultrasounds. Maybe check some out if you're able.
thats exactly what i was thinking did he at least tell you what your having ? n losing all that weight at this point is concerning so that is odd
@junebaby, Oh I did get that one sorry I forgot but my friend has had 2 since her 20 week one and she isn't high risk either we go to the same clinic so I'm confused I just want one more to make sure he is ok
yeah that is strange because they normally do an anatomy scan at close to 20 weeks.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
