@mrs.aceves I healed pretty quickly after the birth of my son, so I'm hoping I will be ready by then. Even if not I can modify the exercises to where they are still safe. As for equipment I say start with a yoga mat, set of 5lb or 10lb dumbbells (lift them up and see what is comfortable for you), and resistance bands.

Okay I think id be around 2 weeks PP unless I go into labor sooner then maybe around 3 weeks PP I have a doctors appointment today so ill let you know after that. :) Is there anything I really need to make sure I buy to help with the workouts?

all depends on you....we are starting with light strength training (since I will also be in the healing process) for 4 weeks, then moving up from there. @mrs.aceves
