Repost from my FB: This weekend I spent a majority of my time checking in on current and past clients. I'm glad to say some have truly changed their lifestyle and have adapted a better quality of life. While some have had issues/situations that have kept them from making improvements. I know how it is....feels like I have been sidelined for the past 7-8 months. The important thing we must learn is....no matter what, we have to get back on track!! Reason being our health only improves when we make improvements.
PLEASE Don't wait until a health issue arises to try and make changes. In this career, I have seen lives lost at extremely young ages due to health issues that could have been avoided. I'm not asking you to make a resolution, no those petty goals rarely ever last. I'm asking you to look at your life, those that you impact, and make a permanent change! To start....you must change your mind, the way you think, the way you see life. Then your body will follow.
