I've heard Tylenol products.

I take it at night when I can't sleep and I'm having really bad leg and back pain. My doctor has told me it's okay and even when I went to the hospital they told me I could take the tylenol pm to help with pain and help me be able to sleep. If your worried just ask your doctor and they can tell you (:

for headache i took alka seltzer tabs in water my doc said its ok. I had a headache non stop for 2 days before i took that.

I take natural home remedies" sweet dreams" tea. not caffeinated it helped me

My doctor told my tylenol anything is fine. tylenol pm, tylenol cold and flu, regular tylenol. She said it's one of the only things i can take while pregnant.
