Just got out the Dr office. Still 1cm ... I opted not to get the membrane sweep just yet. Only 2 weeks to go so might as well just wait till she is ready. 😵😖. This is going to be the longest two weeks of my life.

@olladysaidy, I have been having sex it's uncomfortable but I thought it was a good natural way to speed things up but it ain't working for me so I hope it works for you.
@hcarter40 I've been bouncing on the ball and nipple stimulation. told my husband that we can have sex on Friday to see if that helps .... even though I'm so uncomfortable with the idea. 😖. I looked up the sweep online....and think it would be a good natural way to speed things up. although there are some mommies on here that had done it with no luck.
@olladysaidy, it really is. I have been walking and exercising to help try to progress but nothing. my doctor didn't even talk to me about doing the sweep.
@hcarter40 so frustrating...you are due one day after me! I'm getting the sweep next week. hopefully that will speed things up.
