yesterday i was cramping bad then couldn't even get out of bed..just the worst pain! it was worse than contractions. i was in the emergency room since 5 am. it's about to be 12..then they didnt give me any pain medication until 10. I got an xray and cat scan. the doctor said from my symptoms its either a uti, gall bladder or appendicitis.. I was so scared. after waiting an hour he comes back and says it's a UTI and I have an infection in my kidney. I was so relieved I don't need surgery. thank god! imnao grateful 😊🙏 I hope in 2 weeks everything is back to normal :D

how do you get an infection in your kidney? && what do they do? give you antibiotics

Typically getting a kidney infection is an untreated uti. When i had a kidney infection i had no uti symptoms so i didn't get it treated which resulted in a kidney infection. It's the worst pain ever in your side, you get a bad fever, shakes, everything! Yeah they just give you medicine. @sexii_diiva

@sexii_diiva, thank you!! he told me I got the infection from having a UTI. they prescribed me Tylenol for my fever and this antibiotic to take for 2 weeks. then I go back for a follow up to make sure everything is getting better. @mrs.aceves it is but I had my son November 12th 😋

@kirstenxoxo oh okay that's just what he told me..before I left, he said my infection spread to my kidney but that he thinks we caught it early :o but I'm just happy it should get better with antibiotics. you're right the pain gets so awful!

I get those pretty often and I always know when I have one and this ain't that so Yea. he says I'm in pain because he rubbed the swab against my bladder but why would u do that. I don't think the strep test required anything with my bladder. Honestly since he said that I have come to the conclusion that he made a mistake and stuck the swab in my pee hole and that is why I screamed in pain and was in tears. you stuck it in the wrong damn hole and now wanna make excuses that maybe I have a uti and that since I'm further along that's why I feel pain. but all that is BS because pain from being further along I expect .I expect to have pelvic pain or back pain or hip pain but I don't have any of that this is not baby pain. this is extreme pain when I pee and u possibly swabbed wrong damn hole! I honestly would rather have a uti than the shit I'm feeling right now that's just how bad it is. a uti would b heaven compared to the pain I feel cuz I can deal with a little sting when I pee compared to excruciating pain when I pee! Ok rant over sorry guys it's so long!
