Yes, it did nothing. I even let the hot water run out.

I was at L&d the day of my baby shower due to no movement of the baby and they told me if I have constant back pain that comes and goes or doesn't not go away to go straight back usually tho a nice hot shower helps me out my doctor also told me that any type of icy hot patch or cream as long as it's not applied to the belly she even said to try a belly band also your belly could be straining your back

I just found my heatpad so hopefully that'll help. If not, I'll be hdg to L&D. I didn't know about icy hot patches and creams tho, I always thought they were a no-go when pregnant. Thanks!

the heatpad helped for now. Thanks so much for your help! I go to my OB Monday so I'll still mention it to my Dr to let him know.

Good I'm glad to hear the heating pad worked ill be 34 weeks Wednesday and honestly I just suffer at this point I get my income tax this week and my doctor suggested I use a belly band because of how big and low my belly is it really pulling my back out I told her about my back pain and she suggested the belly band and the patches

Yeah, I'm 36 weeks today and my MFM Dr actually recommend a support band but said it's a 50/50 chance of it working and with this being my last baby, i don't want to invest in one this late into my pregnancy knowing I won't be using it again. Ive seen people use that ktape (or whatever it's called) but I break out from adhesive. It sucks. Babygirl has dropped and there's so much pressure in my vagina it's hard to walk.

my Walmart doesn't carry them. The only store that's even remotely close Is Target, and they're $40-50
